📝 Registration and Account

Account creation

To create an account on Stizer, you must:

Maintain and update your information
Protect the confidentiality of your password

Account validation

Product listing

Sellers must ensure that:

Prohibited products

It is prohibited to sell:

Drugs and illicit substances
Stolen products

💳 Payments and Transactions

Service fees

            Platform commission:
            2.5% on each withdrawal for account fees

Payment terms

Payments are secured via our escrow system
Minimum withdrawals are 10,000 FCFA
Withdrawals are processed within 24-48h
Stizer reserves the right to modify fees

🔒 Escrow System

Stizer uses an escrow system to secure transactions:

Payment is held until receipt confirmation
Buyer has 7 days to confirm receipt
In case of dispute, Stizer intervenes to arbitrate
Seller is paid after confirmation

🏪 Seller Obligations

Sellers commit to:

Deliver products within announced deadlines
Communicate honestly with buyers
Accept returns according to policy
Maintain good service levels
Complete KYC verification for withdrawals

🛒 Buyer Obligations

Buyers commit to:

Pay for ordered products
Confirm receipt after verification
Report any issues promptly
Respect return policies
Not cancel orders abusively

🚫 Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to publish:

Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
Explicit sexual content
Violent or threatening content
Defamatory or libelous content
Copyright-infringing content
Fraudulent or misleading content

All Stizer content (logos, texts, images, design) is protected by copyright. It is prohibited to:
